Five video ads, one masterclass

Five angles for people who want a side income that's actually real, each with three hooks to test and a body Benny can read straight to camera on his phone. Every one sends cold traffic to the same free live masterclass instead of a $59 checkout.

  • The 4-Site Freedom Plan
  • Thu · Oct 29 · 7PM ET
  • 45 to 75 sec each

Every script below was checked against the same 12-point checklist before it went on this page. An ad that misses any point doesn't run.

  1. Hook lands in the first 3 seconds
  2. Calls out 9-to-5ers and side-hustlers
  3. Names a real pain in their words
  4. A reframe or new belief
  5. Names the mechanism, the Lead-First Method
  6. Proof, real numbers only
  7. A specific promise ($2,000 a month, 4 sites)
  8. Emotion (frustration, freedom, relief)
  9. Pre-handles an objection
  10. Speaker credibility (10 years an electrician)
  11. One CTA: register for Thursday, Oct 29

Pls don't tell Gary

Story · the Gary ad, upgraded

For: people who've seen his Gary ad and know a website can beat a contractor's work ethic

Hooks (test all three)
  • Hook Astory

So Gary is great at the actual work, but his website was built in 2009 by his cousin after three beers, and that's exactly why I get paid every month.

  • Hook Bcuriosity

The best roofer in your town is losing jobs every week to a website that cost about twenty cents to build. Here's how.

  • Hook Cpattern break

Please don't show this to Gary. Gary's the contractor I rent a website to, and he doesn't need to know how little work it is.

Body (about 60 sec)
On screenBenny to camera, studio skyline. Lower third: Benny Vee · 10 years an electrician · rents out local websites.

If you want a side income that's actually real, listen to this. Gary's great at the job. Shows up, does it right, fair price. But when someone in his town Googles "emergency electrician" at 9pm, Gary doesn't exist.

I build a tiny little website for that search. Ranks, phone rings, and I hand the call to the best guy in the area. One job pays a few thousand bucks, so he's happy to pay me $500 to $1,000 a month to keep the calls coming.

B-rollScroll through the real texts from renters: "One job is 13k and the other is 7k".

The part nobody tells you is you don't call Gary first. You get the site ranking, you get a real job in hand, then you call him. I call it the Lead-First Method, and it means you never cold call a contractor with nothing to offer.

I'm teaching the whole thing live, free, Thursday October 29th. It's called the 4-Site Freedom Plan. Four tiny sites at $500 a month is $2,000, and that's what I lived on in Thailand.

Ugly lil websites paid for Thailand

Freedom · live anywhere

For: 9-to-5ers who dream about working from a beach and are tired of hearing it from guys in rented Lambos

Hooks (test all three)
  • Hook Aproof

For almost three years nearly all of my income came from a few ugly little websites, while I lived in Thailand.

  • Hook Bnumber

You need about $2,000 a month to live like a king in Thailand, Bali or Colombia, and I got mine from four websites that take me an hour or two a week.

  • Hook Ccontrarian

This is not a make a hundred K from your bedroom in your underwear course. It's four tiny websites and a plane ticket.

Body (about 60 sec)
On screenBeach selfie in Thailand, sunglasses. Caption: "paid for by a website about electricians".

I'm Benny. Electrician for ten years. A few years ago I packed up and moved to Thailand, and the thing that paid for it wasn't a laptop job or crypto. It was a handful of tiny local websites I rent to contractors back home.

Each one ranks on Google for something like "roofer in" whatever city. The calls go to a local guy. He pays me every month. They take me about an hour or two a week, all of them together.

B-rollBalcony, ocean, coffee. Then a quick cut of the Stripe dashboard: one renter has paid $77,118 lifetime.

One of my renters has paid me over seventy-seven thousand dollars, and he's never once cancelled, because the calls make him way more than that.

I'm back in Canada now, and I'm doing a free live training on exactly how to get your first four sites to $2,000 a month. Which niches, how to rank them, and how to rent them without cold calling anybody.

Stop cold calling contractors

Mechanism · the Lead-First Method

For: people who tried rank and rent and got stuck on finding a contractor who'll pay

Hooks (test all three)
  • Hook Apain

If you've ever cold called a contractor about renting him a website, you already know how that call ends.

  • Hook Bcontrarian

Stop calling contractors. Seriously. Get the phone ringing first, then call them with a job already in hand.

  • Hook Cquestion

Why would a contractor pay a stranger $500 a month for a website? He wouldn't. Unless you show up with a $5,000 job.

Body (about 60 sec)
On screenBenny at the laptop, half-smile. Text: "Cold call vs Lead-First".

Here's the mistake I see every week. Somebody builds a website, it's not even ranking yet, and they start dialing contractors asking for money. Contractor hears "website guy" and hangs up. Can't blame him.

I flip it. I build the site, I get it ranking, and I wait for the first real call. Then I phone the best roofer in the area and say, hey, I've got a guy who needs a roof, want it?

B-rollDale Skipper's post: first call three days after posting, $1,827 profit on the job.

That conversation is completely different. He's not buying a website, he's buying jobs. That's the Lead-First Method, and it's how one of my members got his first call three days after his site went up.

I'm breaking down the whole method live and free on Thursday October 29th. The niches where one job pays five grand or more, how to rank a tiny AI site, and the exact call I make when I've got a job in hand.

The electrician who couldn't get calls

Origin · insider

For: tradespeople and their partners, plus anyone who respects a guy who's done the work

Hooks (test all three)
  • Hook Aorigin

I was an electrician for ten years, and when I started my own business, the phone just didn't ring.

  • Hook Bnumber

I took a one-man electrical business to $30,000 a month, and I never knocked on a single door to do it.

  • Hook Cinsider

I've been on both sides of this. I was the contractor nobody could find, and now I'm the guy contractors pay to find them.

Body (about 60 sec)
On screenBenny to camera. Lower third: "10 years an electrician".

When I went out on my own I figured the work would speak for itself. It didn't. Nobody could find me. So I took a couple of courses and built one little website for each city around where I lived.

Those sites ranked. They still bring in about sixty calls a month. That got my business to around $30,000 a month with just me, no trucks full of guys, no ad agency.

B-rollDriving between cities, then a phone ringing on the dash.

Then I moved to Thailand and couldn't take the calls anymore, so I rented them to another contractor. He's made hundreds of thousands off them and he's never cancelled. That's when it clicked. I didn't need to do the work. I needed to own the calls.

I'm teaching exactly how I do it in a free live masterclass, Thursday October 29th. You don't need to be in the trades. You just need to pick the right market and get the phone ringing first.

Done with random side hustles

Comparison · vs dropshipping and AI content

For: side-hustle hoppers who've burned money on dropshipping, AI content and software stacks

Hooks (test all three)
  • Hook Acallout

If you've tried dropshipping, AI content, and three different software subscriptions this year, this is for you.

  • Hook Bcomparison

Dropshipping makes you money once. A website that ranks for "plumber near me" pays you every single month.

  • Hook Cpain

Every side hustle I tried needed more of my time. This one needs about an hour or two a week.

Body (about 60 sec)
On screenBenny to camera. Text stacks on screen: "Dropshipping. AI content. Course #4."

Most side hustles have the same problem. You're the product. Stop posting, stop selling, stop running ads, and the money stops.

What I do is boring, and that's the point. I build tiny local websites, I rank them on Google for jobs that pay five thousand bucks and up, and a contractor rents the calls from me every month.

B-rollMember wins from the community: Alexis "Closed my first $1,800 job", a member at $2k a month on a 6-month agreement.

No inventory, no customer service, no expensive software stack. My members are posting wins like their first $1,800 job and a $2,000 a month rental on a six-month deal.

I'm laying the whole plan out live, for free, on Thursday October 29th. Four sites, $500 a month each, $2,000 a month that doesn't need you to show up every day.
