For almost 3 years, nearly all of my income came from renting out ugly lil websites.

GARY'S CONCRETE & MORE!!!

*** WELCOME TO OUR WEB SITE ***We do driveways, patios and much much more. Serving the area since 1987.Click here for our phone number

Gary is great at the actual work. His website looks like it was built in 2009.

So I build a better one with AI, rank it on Google, and wait for real customers to call.

Then I call Gary with a job in hand. One job makes him thousands, so $500 to $1,500 a month for the calls is a no-brainer.

Four sites at $500 is about $2,000 a month. That's living like a king in Thailand, Bali or Colombia.

My members are doing it too. First calls in days, $1,800 jobs, and a $2K a month rental closed in a week.

The 4-Site Freedom Plan, live with me

• 01 Pick a market where one job pays $5K+
• 02 Rank a tiny AI site and get the phone ringing
• 03 Rent it with a job already in hand
