Pillar 1
Pick a market where one job pays $5K+
The niche and city combos where a single job is worth $5,000 to $20,000, and the competition is still a website from 2009.
By Benny Vee
Four tiny local websites, ranked and rented out, with the first one built for you.
The Lead-First Method
When I first tried selling websites to contractors, it took about 100 phone calls to get one guy to talk to me for more than five minutes. They get pitched Facebook ads and new websites all day, and they hate it.
So I flipped it. I build the site first, rank it, and wait for a real customer to call. Then I phone a local contractor and say, "I've got a job in your area, it's this big, do you want it?" Nobody hangs up on that.
That's the Lead-First Method, and it's the whole program. You rank before you sell anything, so every conversation starts with a job in hand. The first guy I did it with has made hundreds of thousands of dollars off the calls I send him, and he's never once tried to cancel.
The 16 weeks
Today
A new side hustle every week, nothing you own, and no idea which niche or city is worth your time.
Week 1
My team picks the market with you and builds your first site, Google profile and call tracking for you.
Weeks 2 to 6
The site climbs in a city where the competition is a 2009 website, and real customers start calling your number.
Weeks 6 to 10
You call a contractor with a job already in hand, and he starts paying you every month for the calls.
Week 16
Four sites rented out at $500 or more each. That's enough to live like a king in Thailand, Bali or Colombia.
By the end of week 16
The curriculum
Pillar 1
The niche and city combos where a single job is worth $5,000 to $20,000, and the competition is still a website from 2009.
Pillar 2
Build the site in minutes with AI, set up the Google profile, and get real customers calling a number you control.
Pillar 3
The Lead-First call: phone a contractor about a real job, not a pitch, and turn him into a renter who never wants to stop.
What's included
The Lead-First Method step by step, in short videos, with a milestone for every week.
One clear path from no sites to four rented ones.
Live for 90 minutes every Thursday. Bring your sites, your rankings and your contractor calls.
You're never stuck on anything for more than a week.
A coach who's rented sites themselves reviews your work 1:1 every two weeks: your market, your site, your rankings, your calls.
Someone catches the mistake before it costs you a month.
In week one my team picks your first market with you, builds the site on my generator, sets up the Google Business Profile, and wires call tracking and lead forwarding.
A live, tracked site before most people have finished picking a niche.
Recordings of my real calls with contractors, the word-for-word script, the rental agreement and the rate card.
You know exactly what to say and what to charge when the contractor picks up.
All 11 tools: Opportunity Finder, SERP checker, website and logo generator, geotagger, review page, lead value calculator, Make.com and Twilio setup.
No expensive software stack. Sites two, three and four take minutes.
Bonuses
My team pulls the contractors in your first market who are good at the work and bad at getting found, so you know exactly who to call.
How I ran everything from Thailand for three years: the visa, US call tracking from abroad, banking and the setup.

1-2
What all of my rented sites take me to run, once they're set up.
Why this, why now
Why me
I ran my own electrical business and barely got calls, so I built one website per city around me and ranked them. That took me to $30,000 a month as a one-man show.
Then I moved to Thailand and rented the calls to a local contractor instead. I know what a contractor wants to hear because I used to be one.
Why now
Right now most contractors' websites look like a cousin built them after three beers. Every month more people learn this, and the good niche and city combos get taken.
Each cohort is capped at 20, because my team builds every student's first site by hand in week one.

The amount of value he provides is honestly worth way more than $10K in my opinion.

Do the work, show up to the calls and follow the steps. If your first site isn't rented by week 16, your coach keeps working with you 1:1, free, until it is.
